Are We Actually on Top of INCOterms?

While there’s a feeling within the sector that INCOterms are generally well understood, there are a great number of nuances and inconsistencies that may expose your company to compliance risks. This interactive workshop will start by exploring some of these common misconceptions through the 9-question quiz and then move on to the impacts of not getting this right. The workshop will round up with how to ensure better embedment of INCOterms within the supply chain.

  • The 9-question quiz: What do we think we know and what do we actually know?
  • Understand legal delivery and risk of loss per Incoterms, and how they interrelate to title transfer (hint: Incoterms does not speak to title transfer)
  • Examine Incoterms, title transfer, and your company’s ability to recognize revenue per GAAP
